DESIGN, FEATURES & SPECIFICATIONS

The double girder cranes are used when heavy loads and wide spans are required the RAMAKAKA CRANE double girder overhead cranes show their strength, double girder cranes consist of two torsion-free box girders. This makes double girder cranes especially suitable for lifting and transporting loads over 10T and for span for more than 25 m.s Double girder overhead cranes are available with load capacities upto 30 T and with for spans upto 31 m. Articulated end carriage joints ensure positive contact of all four wheels with the track. The range of fixing arrangements allows the appropriate integration of RAMAKAKA CRANE overhead cranes into new buildings as well as into existing buildings. Just as with all other types of RAMAKAKA CRANE overhead cranes, the profiles of the main girder are optimally produced using computers so the maximum performance with a minium of dead weight can be achieved. An advantage that has financial benefits.


STANDARD FEATURES

DESIGN: Compact dimensions, low weight, easy to operate and easy to maintain, modular design with direct fits between components.

MOTORS: RAMAKAKA CRANE uses sturdy cylindrical/conical rotor pole-changing motor with elegant continuous cast aluminium sections, integrated safety brakes insulation class F IP54 protection.

GEAR BOXES: Precision flat helical/spur gear units in light alloy housings with case hardened gears, high-grade surface treatment and permanent oil/grease lubrication.

BRAKES: Single /Dual-disc electromagnetic DC brakes featuring automatic braking on power failure Environmentally sound brake lining designed for approx 1 million braking operations allow long maintenance intervals.

ELECTRICAL PANEL: Modular design, covering a very wide operating range. The systems are designed for ease of installation and maintenance and reliable operation with fuse less circuity ducted wiring and non-screwed terminals. Each drive group is equipped with a motor overload protection device to provide effective protection against inadmissible overloading.

PAINTING: Every component & part is throughly scrubbed & painted with two coats of primer before assembly & two coats of synthetic enamel after testing.

PUSH BUTTON STATIONS: Extra light, handy, easy to operate aluminium, fabricated from extruded section.

MAINTENANCE PLATFORM WITH HAND RAILING: Easy, simple & safe maintenance of the crane extended partially or totally along the girder.

We are offering high performance top running double girder crane that are mainly used for heavier loads and longer spans. They have low headroom and can be lifted up between the girders. These cranes are manufactured as per the ISO: 807, 3177 standards. All our Double Girder EOT Cranes are available in the in the capacities of 50 tons and spans up to 30 meters as standard. These cranes are also available in hand operated traveling (Hot) crane version.
